The maintenance guys are quick, professional and always with a smile with any question I have for them. Walking trails, close to shopping and Doctors make this an ideal home.

|Recommended: YesGood Location, Mediocre Facilities — Location is good, quiet. There is no noise from the road in our house. Maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to fix any issue. Buildings are not very well equiped, appliances are of poor quality and noisy. Indoors feels very old, certainly not a modern place.
Gym is ok and the pool is great.

|Recommended: NoFrustration Indignation At Ignoring By Avana Management Of My Claims — I am extremely frustrated and outraged of Avana management to my claims. They are already ignoring my e-mail messages within two weeks and are not taking any activities relating to my claims

|Recommended: NoWould Be A 4 Star If Not For Screaming Children — Apartment has gone down hill over the last few years. Screaming children run wild now, even after school hours so it isn't just going to be a pandemic thing. A group of them play right outside my building and it is maddening.

|Recommended: YesAvana Sterling Ridge Ideal Apartment Complex — If you are looking for professional staff who really care about your overall well being and respond in a timely fashion, then Avana Sterling Ridge is the place for you. The complex is well kept and ideally located, making it attractive for both singles and families. It helps tremendously that there are 3 grocery stores within walking distance as well as eateries.

|Recommended: YesCommunity Rules — . Noise levels and especially late in the nights have became overbearing. There is a rise in inconsiderate tenants who do care to follow community rules.
. Trash bins and bags left outside the hallways and stairs for days on end.
. Dog poop can be seen on the lawn. Neighbors do not care anymore
. Management not enforcing community rules. Lack of support with noisy neighbors.
. A once very quiet , clean and peaceful community isn’t anymore.
